Critics don’t care for Conan O’Brien’s ‘painfully unfunny’ debut

As the years go by, I find it very difficult to watch late-night programming. The only people I really enjoy are Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, and too often I catch the reruns of those shows the next day. I don’t even remember the last time I stayed up to watch David Letterman or Jay Leno, much less Conan O’Brien. Out of all of those guys, Letterman is the only one who really makes me chuckle.
